Pledge

Print out the pledge, date it and sign it, and send it, together with your cheque or money order for CDN$ 25.00 (or the equivalent in $U.S. or Euros), payable to "the Company of Elders" and mail it to The Company of Elders, 120 Carlton St., Suite 215, Toronto, Ontario, M5A 4K2 Canada.

Choose one of the following options to print the pledge form.

  1. Click either the Pledge or the Partnered Pledge, in PDF format.
    (NB. your computer must be equipped with Adobe® Acrobat® Reader. You may download this product free of charge from the Adobe website.)

    or

  2. If the above doesn't work for you, click to view the Pledge or Partnered Pledge form, and then use your Internet browser software to print it (best printed in "landscape": 11 x 8.5)
